When we help you plan your adventure vacation, we can book your choice of
activities and/or assist you with your self-guided tour. It would be
impossible to list all of the things to do and see in Alaska - call us for
more information.
- Kenai Fjords National Park
- Go on a sightseeing cruise to visit a glacier or two and see marine
wildlife up close and personal. Catch the ship out of Seward.
- Alaska Sealife Center
- An educational aquarium facility emphasizing Alaska's marine mammals
and sealife. Have you ever petted an anemone?
- Exit Glacier
- Located very near Seward, it's part of the Harding Ice Field and one of
the few glaciers accessible by automobile and a short walk.
- IdidaRide Sled Dog Tours
- Located on the same road as the Exit Glacier, visit the kennels, take a
ride and learn how the musher's do it. No snow, no problem! The dogs work
during the summer too.
- Homer Spit Fishing Hole
- You can fish for kings and silvers right from the bank on the Homer
Spit. Keep an eye out for the eagles, too.
- Bear Viewing/Sockeye Fishing Fly Outs
- Fly out of Soldotna to Wolverine Creek to view the bears, then land and
fish. A day well spent.
- Flightseeing
- Chartered planes can take you over the mountains, ice fields, and
wilderness areas seldom seen by other means.
- Canoeing/Rafting Trips
- Canoes or rafts can be rented by day to a week for camping/canoeing
trips on the many lakes in the Swanson River Canoe Trails of the Kenai
National Wildlife Refuge.
- Kasilof River King Salmon
- Excellent fishing from the bank or by driftboat in June.
- Halibut Fishing
- This area is excellent for halibut fishing. The record is over 400
lbs.
- Sockeye Salmon Fishing
- Excellent self-guided bank fishing in late June and late July.
- Silver (Coho) Salmon Fishing
- Excellent fishing out of Seward from mid-July to the end of August.
- Rainbow Trout

a hike.
